    My experience was okay. The only real issue I had was that my rep lied to me about the SLI, and told me that I'd need that to have *any* liability coverage at all in an accident. Despite pushback from me, he and his boss doubled down on it. I went on to look up the law in MS and rental car fleets are required to insure their cars to state minimums, because policies follow the car - renter policies are usually primary, but if in excess or no primary policy, the fleet is responsible for insuring to state minimums. (MS code 63-15-4/3). So either Enterprise needs to align their advice with the law if they are in error, or they need to stop trying to rip people off knowing the truth. Is that worth a three star deduction for an otherwise good experience? Yes. That significantly breaks trust whether it was intentional or not. Honestly I'm tempted to ask for a credit for my SLI at this point since I was misled into getting it with false information.

    0/5 stars - Not military or disability friendly. I have two federally registered service animals and was illegally charged a detailing fee for “pet hair” despite cleaning the vehicle myself. Under the ADA (42 U.S.C. §12182; 28 C.F.R. §36.302), “service animal hair cannot justify extra fees.” I even used a seat liner, vacuumed, made sure there were no spills or debris, removed all trash/personal items, and before returning it. Why charge for a cleaning you should do between customers anyway? Never again. Lazy.
