Refused to refund me. Absolutely horrid customer service. I'm writing corporate in North Carolina a formal complaint over this stores unacceptable customer service. Or lack thereof. I suggest you not do business with this store. AutoZone or O'Reilly's are right next door, lol

Very rude it was another employee assisting me with my transaction but the customer service is very awful. Don't plan on shopping anymore.
