- CCConnieDan CamamaDec 7, 20251.0I would not recommend this shop for tinting. I had my front two windows tinted here, and one of them came out with multiple scratches. One scratch is approximately 6 inches long and the other is 2 inches long. When I asked about fixing it, the staff didn’t seem interested in helping. They told me they’d need manager approval and even said that if they replaced the tint, they couldn’t guarantee the new one wouldn’t also have scratches because of the card they use to apply it. I’ve had several vehicles tinted at other places and never once had scratches caused by the application process. Hearing that excuse and seeing how little effort they put into resolving the issue made it clear they weren’t focused on customer satisfaction. Poor quality work and poor service — I won’t be coming back.
