- MFMichael Fast2 days ago5.0Set the appointment up had the car in for an alignment the next morning. Had it done in about an hr! Previously took it to a shop that could not get it aligned right steering wheel would be on the left so you know it’s not right. Having a charger YOU will always have front end issues EVEY year or two and need to change the stock parts so they can adjust the wheels correctly. Not many knows hot to adjust them right but they did here and the wheel stays center. Trust me if you need an alignment go I’ve been fighting for months changing parts and having a place that shouldn’t do alignments when going here was quick and simple! Thanks guys my new go to spot!

I only go to this place because when I go to other tire places, I usually get pissed off. Like, the MAVIS/NTB in New Orleans asked for a tip after I bought new tires once.

- ESEllis SmithOct 31, 20251.0My wife spent over $1000 on a new set of tires. The technicians mounted the CLEARLY LABLED DIRECTIONAL tire backwards. This creates an extremely dangerous situation where the tire doesn’t shed water properly and can hydroplane much easier. Do not trust your lives and vehicles to this business or any of their chain locations based on the uncaring attitude of the regional manager (251 area code.) Local staff has always been great. After an oil change, they neglected to put my skid plate bolts back in correctly on my Tacoma about a year ago and left it hanging loosely on 3 of 4 partially tightened bolts. The local staff sourced replacement OEM Toyota bolts and gave me a free oil change. This made me give them another chance. I just got off the phone with the regional manager and offered him an opportunity to earn my business back by giving us a free oil change or a discount on tires I’m shopping for; he declined and told me that mounting a directional tire backwards wasn’t dangerous. Go elsewhere seriously and don’t deal with the corporate game. They only care about $ not your safety or business as the regional manager demonstrated soundly.
