However, I had a negative experience with Ms. Jess, whose attitude was unprofessional and disappointing. Regardless of her mood, I believe customer service should be consistent and respectful. Her behavior was out of line, especially when she had an unnecessary attitude towards another employee, which seemed uncalled for and not in line with being a team player. I plan to report this to customer relations, as such conduct shouldn't be tolerated. This was the first time I encountered her, and it was a letdown. Nevertheless, I still think the rest of the staff provides a great environment, and I look forward to returning and seeing improvements.

He also made sure to communicate at every given opportunity to give us updated timelines and was very transparent with costs and what they were associated with. Great service, even better customer service!

The front desk attendant told me that there would be a little wait, because they only had one shop tech today. No biggie, understandable. So as I waited, I couldn't help but notice that there were 2 employees in the office area and one shop tech. The 2 in the office were glued to their phones the whole time I was there. The shop tech never stopped working. It drove me crazy because I wanted to jump in and help the shop tech, and I'm not even on his team. Definitely not very customer service or teamwork focused individuals in the office at this location on this day. Hopefully they can become more teamwork focused because of this review.
