    I can’t even explain how good these people are. Mr. Vinny, Ms Sarah, and their mechanics are the best. You feel welcomed when you come, and they are determined to do their very best for you. Out truck was having problems, and after spending a lot of money changing this, and trying that with the other guys the main problem was still not resolved. Mr. Vinny made it quite clear that there wasn’t going to be anymore of that. He said we WILL find out what’s wrong here before we change anything else. And that’s exactly what he did. I am NEVER taking my vehicle to anyone else. They really care!

    This place is the best in town. I've had both mine and my wife's car's serviced by Graystone Automotive from oil changes to have a new coolant system installed and they were outstanding.

    Towed my 95 Ford F-150 truck in with cranking problems, thought it was in my steering column because it was giving me trouble & had it previously worked on, was told the estimate of $99 would go towards the job if get it done, sounded fair to me. They call me & tell me my column is sending power that it is my starter and solenoid, told me would be $790 to change the starter/solenoid which is connected to the starter & that the estimate cost was added not towards it! I said no way, couldn't afford that, brought the truck there because the review said it was decent prices, end up towing it out and paying the $100. I do some inspecting and come to find out it was the starter relay & I could crank it with a screwdriver and ordered the part off Amazon for $13 & changed it myself & now the truck is cranking but now my gearbox is damaged from strain put on it from towing & that will cost me $100's, if they were just honest I could of avoided a lot of unnecessary damage & I would of gladly paid them to change the correct part & problem but instead was lied to when they knew they could of been honest, very unprofessional.
