  Not a great install. Of course the amp I had installed works as expected, but the craftsmanship and care of my vehicle just wasn't there. Random screws, wire clippings, zip ties, metal shavings, etc all over the floor after they handed me the keys back. The installer even left a flashlight behind so I had to turn around and go back after I found it. The dude at the front desk was super nice and cleaned the trash out for me though. The worst part is that the inside of my car now smells like cigarettes. Not sure if the installer smokes, or if someone in the garage was when they had the doors open. Either way, that's unacceptable. To fit the amplifier, they had to remove one of the factory dash mounting brackets. That's fine, but they didn't secure the dash another way with double sided tape or something. The passenger side of the dash is now loose and is starting to come apart. I will probably have to take it out and tape it or something myself. Lastly, they didn't even do everything I asked them to. I wanted them to solder a little wire under the hood, and I guess they forgot. I noticed after I got home, so it was too late. Really nice waiting room (and guy at the front desk) for what it's worth.

  Jacob did and amazing job yesterday installing all 4 of my speakers and suggested the alpines. They sound really good.

  Called with a question about installation and instead of an answer, they just hung up. Wouldn’t answer when I tried calling back. Pitiful.
