The whole staff needs to be fired. I went and got a vehicle due to an accident that the insurance paid and my whole experience was not good. I walked into the office and was not greeted by the two clerks that was sitting at their desk. I did not feel welcomed. Long story short this place is deceiving. They do not explain the contract of agreement. They know what the insurance will pays and put you in a vehicle that is over the amount the insurance pays without saying a word about you having to pay the remaining Bal that insurance doesn't cover. Once the vehicle is returned the card that you used to pay the deposit is automatically charged without your consent. The manager is never on site and the staff is unprofessional. The company as a whole doesn't solve complaints.

Everything was great except I had to have it for two extra days and I got charged for it instead of my insurance. Something should have called to see if I needed the car longer.

Rented a newer car that didn't have GPS for a long trip. Customer Service and local areas claimed they would find a car with GPS and would call me back. I not one time heard from Enterprise. I don't have issues other than when doing business with Enterprise renting vehicles. You would think after the size of this company and unsatisfied customers, they would do better! Never again will I let them waste my time with unresolved conflicts...

My niece was called by Tiffany, the office agent, and told a car was available for reservation pickup. Soon afterwards, we arrived circa 2 pm. Tiffany had placed a.note on the door that she would return in 20 minutes. We and six other customers waited outside the locked business for at least 40 minutes. Nobody was available to assist us, so many of the customers left. Tiffany eventually strolled in with no sense of urgency or an apology for keeping us waiting. She then informed us there was no key drop off box, which prevented us from being able to return the car before our travel departure. I would not recommend due to the inefficient, unreliable and rude service. This level of service is unacceptable , and it resulted in lost revenue for Enterprise.
