    It’s great to have a machine wash your truck, but don’t expect it to wash away all the dry bugs. They’re just in it to make a quick buck. Bought the $27 package thinking that all those bugs on my windshield will get washed away. Wishful thinking.

    ⭐☆☆☆☆ I visited this car wash today, 09/16/2025, around 2:15–2:30 PM and had a very disappointing experience. This was actually the second time I came today; the first time I forgot my wallet, but even then the same worker ignored us while we sat at the kiosk. When we returned, we again pulled up to the kiosk and waited about 10 minutes with no acknowledgment. The worker was sitting on the back of a truck, and even after I said “excuse me” twice, he ignored us. Instead, as another white customer arrived, he got up and went straight into a conversation with him. When we later drove out, we saw him spark yet another conversation with a different white customer, which made it very clear his treatment toward us was intentional. When we finally went through the wash, the younger worker offered an apology, but it didn’t feel sincere and he didn’t want to hear my wife explain what happened. As an Army veteran, I expect at the very least basic respect and acknowledgment, and we didn’t get that here. Whoever was on duty during this time should be held accountable. Customers should never be left ignored, and certainly not twice in one day.
