  Rented a newer car that didn't have GPS for a long trip. Customer Service and local areas claimed they would find a car with GPS and would call me back. I not one time heard from Enterprise. I don't have issues other than when doing business with Enterprise renting vehicles. You would think after the size of this company and unsatisfied customers, they would do better! Never again will I let them waste my time with unresolved conflicts...

  My niece was called by Tiffany, the office agent, and told a car was available for reservation pickup. Soon afterwards, we arrived circa 2 pm. Tiffany had placed a.note on the door that she would return in 20 minutes. We and six other customers waited outside the locked business for at least 40 minutes. Nobody was available to assist us, so many of the customers left. Tiffany eventually strolled in with no sense of urgency or an apology for keeping us waiting. She then informed us there was no key drop off box, which prevented us from being able to return the car before our travel departure. I would not recommend due to the inefficient, unreliable and rude service. This level of service is unacceptable , and it resulted in lost revenue for Enterprise.

  I was supposed to get a car from grenada ms. that was provided by the company that i work for. When i got there i was informed that they didnt have one and to try oxford ms the next day. Instead of driving out there i called. They didnt have one either but asked for my phone number so they could contact me to let me know when one came in. No one ever called back. The next day was sunday and i had to have the car by monday so i called work and asked them if we could try memphis international. That is about 90 miles from my house. 180mile round trip. They had a car but the lady that was at the downstairs desk was dry and rude. I was standing in line not knowing if she was busy or not . She just glanced at me a couple of times and when i went up there, before i could finish my sentence had told me to go back upstairs where i had just came from. The lady upstairs told me to go back downstairs but then said to wait a minute and she went with me. I had to wait in line again and the rude lady finally got it done. Not going back unless i have to.
