  The company allowed me to check in early which allowed me to get in and out with the rental. The rep answered my questions and even tried to find a partner rental for me when I asked. When she couldn't, she told me that I could try to exchange it at any other location if I chose to.

  My experience was pleasant with the manager in reserving a rental vehicle for out of state travel. He was polite and informative and expedited the process in a timely manner. The vehicle was clean, when I arrived to get it; though it was not the standard SUV, requested and confirmed during the reservation, instead it was a mini van, which was fine and was more spacious—great choice. The problem arose after we were on the highway for about 20 minutes, when the front left tire began rapidly losing air pressure. We had to constantly stop and add more air, until we entered a town with a Walmart’s. I told the Automotive Department workers the problem. They removed the tire and revealed the problem which was a hole in the tire. The mechanic suggested plugging, if we were going a short distance. We were over 5 hours from our destination and we had to return home the next evening. Which was another 6 hours. I had to purchase a new tire to continue our trip to my sister’s funeral services. My gratitude to Walmart’s Automotive Department, Batesville, MS, who granted us favor and moved the vehicle quickly above others and replaced the tire and GOD blessed us to get back on the highway safely. From the time the tire was losing air, an hour, I called the Greenwood, MS Enterprise Office number and no one answered. I had to call Oxford Enterprise and they contacted Greenwood Enterprise, then I got a call from the manager at Greenwood Enterprise, after we were back on the highway with the new tire. Of course, I kept the receipt of my tire purchase and the tire and presented both to the Enterprise manager upon returning the vehicle. The manager deducted the tire cost from the cost of the vehicle rental, without question, but he was very apologetic about the problem we encountered. Maybe a thorough tire inspection of the air pressure in all 4 tires using the monitor would help to catch a problem of that type before renting it to customers.

  Let me tell you guys something. If you bring your car back after 530 there charging you for another day just keep it .. no need for an after hour drop off box. But they mentioned everything but that

  First time ever renting a car and the experience was terrible!! I'll try another rental company but never Enterprise again.
