    Had a reservation to pick up car in Greenville,MS. When I got to Enterprise to pick up car there was 1 person working and 9 people waiting to rent cars. After waiting 30 minutes I cancelled reservation.

    Have a current rental with Greenville, MS location since December and still in it. Have asked several times to switch vehicle as it has some issues but they keep telling me no vehicle is available and keep driving the same. Every week they promise that they will have the vehicle tomorrow but that tomorrow never comes. When I insist then they respond that rent will Go up otherwise stay in the same vehicle. I had to spend couple of hours last month to get oil changed as their staff told Me to go do it at Grease Monkey and let them know we sent you. Also with current issues with the vehicle they asked me Last week to go to Midas and get it fixed and they will bill us (what about my personal time) which could be 6-8 hours to fix the issue. Worse thing is that none of the the staff ever have a smile On their face and their body language express that customer is a burden on them.
