I was very impressed with the service provided here. The people here went above and beyond to help me with my problem. Leanna was extremely nice. I dont remember the others names, but all the team members were nice. Will definitely be going back here again and referring others to this shop.

I was running late for a business meeting when I popped a tire. Thankfully I was close to Mavis in Flowood MS. They were so friendly and got me out the door and onto my meeting for me to make it time. Can't thank them enough.

I had previously been to this Mavis a few times for regular maintenance. I don't drive a while lot so it was about time for my brakes to be due, I thought I'd just get them done. However, when I went they said they did not work on drum brakes because of the complexity. I decided to wait a bit and get a few prices. I was due for my next oil change so I took it to Mavis, and they mentioned my brakes were back, when I informed them I had attempted to have them done late last year someone told me they couldn't. So I've just been price checking and saving. Well today, they informed me that that has changed and they now service drum brakes. It was nice to have that. I quite like the pleasant staff. Will continue to bring my car to this Mavis.

I came in because I had a nail in my tire and needed it replaced. John was amazing and very understanding from the moment I arrived. The service was extremely quick, and he made the whole process easy and stress-free. He’s clearly very knowledgeable and professional, and I felt confident my car was in good hands. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and highly recommend this location.

DO NOT USE THE BUSINESS FOR ANY SERVICE. THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR CAR!!!! I took my 2018 Honda Accord to get new tires in September. While there they said I needed new brakes and struts. I said okay, as long as it is safe. I SHOOK THE MANAGERS HAND AND SAID AS LONG AS ITS SAFE IM FINE WITH IT. HE SHOOK MY HAND AND SAID YES SIR. As I work out of town, I told them the work had to be done over the weekend. He said no problem. As they had to order the struts, I had to bring my car back in when I got back in town, about 10 days. Work had to done on the over the weekend again. The manager stated that's fine, but he'd have to run it over to the Brandon location because he didn't have a mechanic there who could do the work. I said fine, as long as the vehicle is safe, that's all I really care about. Not a week later my car was unrivaled. Took it to another shop up the road, and they said none of the nuts had been tightened, some were missing, and my tire rod was only hanging by two threads of the bolt. The new shop replaced the tire rod and tightened the bolts. I chalked it up to " lesson learned and i wont use them again. A month later, had to put the car in the shop again, as Mavis had messed up my shocks too. I said to myself, to just let it be and to never use Mavis again for anything. Now today, my brakes are grinding, metal on metal. I'm going to have to put my car in the shop a third time after these people worked on my car. Never had a single problem with my car until Mavis worked on it. Now it's essential totalled due to the cost of work already put in and will be put in. I've contemplated filing a grievance, but a big part of me doesn't want anything to do with Mavis or any of its employees, or any of its customers, EVER AGAIN!!!! These people will ruin your car. DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY KIND OF SERVICES EVER unless you want to be ripped off.
