  I prefer enterprise but was disappointed this time. My car had spots over the windshield, windows, and mirrors. When I brought it to their attention they said it was water spots. I went home before leaving and spent twenty minutes cleaning the sticky spots off. They didn’t just wipe off. I left at 03:00 in the morning the inside windshield so bad I had to pull over and clean the oily smears

  My service was quick and fast. Didn't have a suv to match the size of mine that was at the body shop. It was gas efficienc.

  I will never in my life rent from the Flowood location, it was the first and the last! I usually rent from the Brandon location which is closer to my home. We had a rental for a month that the insurance paid for until last Wednesday, we received a call on that Thursday saying that we would be responsible for the remainder of what was due because my vehicle was still in the shop from an accident. We went around & around with the insurance company and the repair shop NOONE wanted to be responsible! So my husband spoke with Amber on Friday to let her know it would be late Friday or Saturday morning before he could get in bc he is a truck driver, she told him that was fine but never bother to tell him that they closed at 12pm on Saturdays!!! My husband's company is private and they do not receive direct deposit only paper checks, so he has to wait until Saturday mornings before he can cash it & then deposit it...Saturday morning came, we are under a winter storm watch so after getting check cashed we were out getting prepared for the storm! Amber and the other lady said they called my husband and left a voicemail but whose thinking about checking voicemail when we're running around getting water, food, gas for the generator and so on. So he mistakenly called them back as he was calling around looking for a spark plug for our generator and still noone EVER bothered to say, sir we close at 12! So after we finished getting the spark plug we arrived at Enterprise at 12:05 and they were CLOSED! I called the 800 number trying to see if we can make the payment with them and they informed us that it had to be at the branch. Of course we knew they are closed on Sundays so early Monday morning we called to make the payment and they said no we can't accept a payment just bring us the car back. At this point we are so confused and just devastated bc it's freezing weather, and we don't have a spare vehicle, what are we gonna do!? So I called the Brandon location and we were able to get a car for the rest of this week until my car is finished at the repair shop. Due to the weather, parts were being delayed which is why my vehicle wasn't ready. I am so upset that this location was so inconsiderate no empathy and just cancelled our rental without us knowing! We have 3 kids, so this was a big inconvenience especially during a winter storm with 20 degrees and below weather‼️I would never step foot in Flowood and would never recommend them to anyone! And we have always rented with Enterprise, but at the Brandon location and that's where we will spend our money since they didn't want to accept it‼️So freaking rude‼️ They honestly don't deserve a 1 star, who treat their customers like this considering the circumstances!??

  Enterprise Flowood, MS gave me an awesome experience with variety of vehicles to choose from and exceptional customer service. Shoutout to Amber and Tyler for their hard work and commitment to serve customers hands down.

  First things first; I was supposed to have one ready for me the day I took my truck to the shop after receiving an email saying they had a vehicle available but when I took it to the shop they didn’t have one and I had to wait until the next day. On top of all of this the vehicle I received was still dirty and hadn’t been cleaned from the previous renter. Below I explained the situation with the gas and having to put a card on file to “float” $50 in case of damages. I was given the vehicle with 3/4 tank of gas and was told when I returned it needed to be at least between half or 3/4 tank. The body shop messed up on a part of my repair so I had to have the vehicle an extra day and it was slightly below half a tank but I was charged $28 out of my $50 deposit, which should’ve been billed to the insurance if the vehicle who rear-ended me so this was all covered by their insurance, not mine, but yet I still had to let them “hold $50” Point is, I will never use Enterprise nor recommend them to any family or friends who would need a rental. If possible to refund me for the gas situation it would definitely change my outlook on Enterprise in the future.
