- RDRAOUL DUKEDec 31, 20251.0First things first; I was supposed to have one ready for me the day I took my truck to the shop after receiving an email saying they had a vehicle available but when I took it to the shop they didn’t have one and I had to wait until the next day. On top of all of this the vehicle I received was still dirty and hadn’t been cleaned from the previous renter. Below I explained the situation with the gas and having to put a card on file to “float” $50 in case of damages. I was given the vehicle with 3/4 tank of gas and was told when I returned it needed to be at least between half or 3/4 tank. The body shop messed up on a part of my repair so I had to have the vehicle an extra day and it was slightly below half a tank but I was charged $28 out of my $50 deposit, which should’ve been billed to the insurance if the vehicle who rear-ended me so this was all covered by their insurance, not mine, but yet I still had to let them “hold $50” Point is, I will never use Enterprise nor recommend them to any family or friends who would need a rental. If possible to refund me for the gas situation it would definitely change my outlook on Enterprise in the future.

The vehicle itself was nice, but the antenna fell off during my rental, and I had to use my phone for music. It was obvious someone had previously tried to fix the antenna, showing it was already damaged. Despite this, staff tried to charge me for damages I didn’t cause. They said we did a walk-around, but the antenna was never inspected. They even suggested I could have gotten another vehicle, but when I came in, there were hardly any cars available. Enterprise staff need to show proof of the full antenna’s condition and timestamp prior to rental before trying to blame a customer — which they cannot provide, because I didn’t create the issue. I usually rent from the Clinton location, and I will never rent from the Flowood location again.
