But God truly placed me in the right place at the right time. Ms. Nancy, Isaiah, and Money went above and beyond to help me, and I cannot thank them enough. Isaiah came out right away to check and test my battery, while Ms. Nancy assisted him and showed genuine care when she heard my 6-year-old (who has autism) screaming. Instead of ignoring it, she kindly asked what she could do to help. That small act of compassion meant so much. Money then stepped in, and together they worked as a team for nearly 30 minutes—looking under my seat where my battery is located, troubleshooting different solutions, and refusing to brush me off. Money even got under the seat and found a way to jump my car. When it finally cranked, I just started crying tears of relief because of how much they cared. It may be their job, but the way they came together—with patience, kindness, and teamwork—was truly above and beyond. My kids and I are forever grateful, and thanks to them, we were able to make it home safely. So, if you need help, I highly recommend AutoZone in Flowood. Ms. Nancy, Isaiah, and Money are the best! 💛

Both batteries in our 2022 Chev truck went down. She got both of them loaded headed our way and had the delivery guy replace them for us. I would recommend them at anytime Ms Money if you see this THank you from the bottom of my heart. God bless her and the delivery man.
