We have a newborn but had to get our oil changed and being able to stay in the car was a huge bonus. We will 100% be back!

My husband went here for an oil change, the guy had trouble with his skid plate even had the tech up top go get him a torque wrench he got it off and then proceeded to have trouble getting it back on.. fast forward just a couple days my husband washed his truck and noticed some plastic flapping and his skid plate was missing.. he would’ve heard it fall off it is metal. so he called and it took a few days for someone to call back with results, saying they had to watch the video footage. They say the tech never removed the skid plate. Which is a lie. They would not send the video for us to see. It is also not a factory skid plate and it’s only been on for about a year or less. We have never had an issue any where else with it. So yes my husband was ticked and yes they got a cussing. If it was true they should’ve handed over the video imo.. we won’t trust any of our vehicles here again

Am now a full-time RVer, and I have to change the oil when out on the road as we travel. I prefer to use oil change service providers who through my experiences, I can trust. I found this JL through an online google search. Very friendly, capable and professional staff. They found me and my truck immediately in their system. Changed the oil and oil filter as well as the air filter, checked the tires and other fluids and performed a pressure test on the oil system. They were quick, accurate and done in less than 15 minutes. No drama, just good results!
