The lady that comes in to our car says it’ll be about 20 minutes before she can get to us and it’s gonna cost $110. Said OK then someone else pulls in next to us after we’ve been sitting there for at least 10 minutes and because of that stall emptied out first she took them right in instead of telling those people to wait and let us go first. We took our business elsewhere. The lady clearly knew who was going to be leaving first she could’ve told us to go into a different stall and wait cause that would’ve been quicker but no. Went to a different place. Change was $53 for the same synthetic oil change by the way.
