Also, if you are on the road and need to get a hold of someone at the local branch with an issue or a question, absolutely no one picks up the phone, it is next to impossible to get a person at the physical location. Plus, if you get stranded somewhere and want to rent a car to drive in to Columbus instead of flying, this location does not allow one-way rentals in.
