    The entire staff, top to bottom, represents how a professional business is run, they always put the customer first. Jeff Jenkins is by far the best service advisor I have ever had. I have lived in 7 states and had several makes and models of vehicles. I have always taken my vehicle ls to the dealer for all service, including tires. Greg is also the best Service and Parts Manager I have been around. And to Mr. Russell, Roll Tide!

    Bought a used car here. 2022 Subaru WRX. Drove to my new duty station in South Dakota and then went to put winter tires on (had summer tires when bought). Dealer had to break 5 wheel studs because someone over torqued them to more than double the spec (should be 89 ft lbs but checking found most to be over 150 ft lbs). Cost me $600. This is a very basic thing that should have been checked before selling a car to someone.

    We had a great experience with our 3rd vehicle purchase from Bill Russell Ford. The salesman wa knowledgeable and courteous thru the entire process. Andy Carruth is a very good salesman, he made sure we were comfortable with the purchase and made everything just a little bit easier.
