- JDJimmy DunnApr 16, 20265.0While staying in Columbus, MS during a visit to Mississippi State University (MS State) we reached out to the Carl Hogan Honda service department concerning the need for a service prior to returning to Orlando FL. The service was required at the 15% oil life and we currently had 20%. The service manager indicated since we would driving to Orlando we should get a service. He stated if we were driving to Biloxi MS he would have no concerns. I'm glad we got the service since we used 10% oil life on the return trip. The service manager indicated they were not busy and could complete service. The team was very courteous and professional. We were pleasantly surprised how quickly they completed the service and got us on the road to MS State to visit our Granddaughter.
