We went to look at the issue on my car and she gave me her professional opinion. She then called a tire expert over to take a look and make his recommendation. They both took the time to speak with me and we returned inside. Shunna then upsold me on a specific brand of tires showing me how her suggestion benefited me in the long run. - GDGary DavisonApr 15, 20265.0We recently had to have some tires replaced on my parents car and everyone at the shop was extremely helpful and really went out of their way to help resolve our issues. Even though we came to the shop close to closing, Shauna made sure to take care of us and took her time to help us figure out a solution. She was friendly and provided great customer service. We expected that she would tell us automatically to wait until the next day but she made every effort to get us worked in before closing.. Although the issue of having bent rims caused us to deal with it the next day, she was great in helping us out. Really that whole team over there provided great service. The service technician, Chris, was super helpful as well as he helped recommend a place where we could take our bent rims to be fixed. He helped us load the rims in our car and unloaded them when we returned and started installing new tires as soon as we returned with the rims. We thought we would have to wait a long time for them to get to the work but Chris worked on it and knocked it out right away. Everyone there was so good to us. Definitely will be returning there for my future tire needs.
