  These guys were great this morning! We usually take our business elsewhere looking for the best prices... but when nobody could get us in, last minute, for an oil change, we took our car to Grease Monkey. Little did we know that we'd get more for our money in the process. They checked all of our lights, our fluids, and even aired up our four tires. And they honored a coupon we had on our phone! AND...Courtney at the front desk was WONDERFUL! She was BRIGHT and KNOWLEDGEABLE!!! We appreciated being able to watch the work being done through the window in the waiting area! I've never been anywhere that did that! The experience was overall, a transparent process and i'd send anyone to the Grease Monkey shop in Cleveland, MS!!!!

  Would definitely come back here! Courtney was very helpful and knowledgeable. They found me the best deal for what I needed! I would 100% recommend them to anyone in the area!

  5 stars because Kumauni provided excellent services today!! Drove to the Cleveland location after being denied oil change services at the Greenville location on Saturday 2/28/26 (330pm) due to there only being (2) people on site. Was told that it required (3) people to complete an oil change.

  I came in after work about 5:00. They were currently completing maintenance on another vehicle but still managed to compete the maintenance on my vehicle even though it was late. They were patient, kind, and professional. Thank you!
