  Highly recommend this Dealership for Customer Service!! They offer a large variety of Auto styles they use Car-fax reporting of auto background which was great & assisted me in making my selection! I’m very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend them to a family and friends looking for used or new car !

  Went in Recall on my sensor for my airbags they did a thorough inspection of my car for brakes, tire treads. Everything else that concerns the car very thorough found needed new brake pads on front and back repairing those all employees were very courteous and kept me updated on the process of my car. Thanks, Toyota.

  When I made my appointment I was told the maintenance would take 1-1.5 hours. I had a 9:30 appointment. I didn’t leave until nearly noon.. around 10:40 I asked about how much longer it would be- not in a rude way- just for an update.. I was told another 45 minutes to an hour.. when I questioned why- one of the employees got very defensive and asked when my appointment was, and asked the other worker if I was there on time for my appointment- I told him yes I was. Then he tried to go on an on about how paperwork has to be done and all this other stuff, and it takes longer. Never an apology for running behind- just excuses and trying to turn the blame on me if he could by trying to see if I was “Late”. Extremely rude as far as customer service goes. If you know “paperwork” etc typically takes this much longer- be upfront and tell me at the beginning when I ask. Also, if you’re running significantly behind- be honest and tell me and apologize. Don’t blame it on me. The work done was fine and the person who waited on me was fine. But due to the other person’s reaction who I’m guessing might be a supervisor or manager- I doubt I’ll ever be back

  Dillon Castle was the very best car salesman that I have ever dealt with!! He is a rockstar and I totally would recommend him to anyone that is looking to buy a vehicle!! He was very perceptive and understanding about what we were looking for. Very, very personable and not pushy like a lot of dealerships I’ve dealt with in the past. My mother loved him as well, and to get her to like a car salesman, is like winning the lottery!!!

  Do not like the nitrogen tire plan as a solution for the continuous deflation of the tires I purchased for my 2011 Tacoma late last year (2025). I already pay AAA for that questionable 3 year service agreement for nitrogen tires, which I should have been able to read and consider prior to purchase. I don’t think solving a problem has to always involve selling a new promotional product or creating a new problem to bring me back. I am very attentive to my vehicles because I am on the road constantly and I love their quality, O don’t even consider another brand. I want to be assured that when I bring one of my (4) Toyotas to you that I can drive confidently and safely knowing that these remarkably made vehicles are well and correctly serviced without continually being sold new products, unless absolutely required for the life and function of the automobile.This is why I continue to purchase Toyotas and take care of them! However, to be fair, I somewhat am to be blamed for being so trusting. Once bitten, twice shy!!! Finally, I am extremely disappointed to learn of the departure of “Manny”, my most trusted serviceman.
