After approving what was described as a “tune-up,” I wasn’t told it would take 4–5 hours or that it would total almost $1,500. The work may have been done correctly, but the lack of upfront communication about time and cost was disappointing. If they had explained it clearly, I would have scheduled a drop-off instead of waiting half the day. I like the dealership and the technicians, but transparency and customer communication need improvement.
