They basically said there was nothing they could do. I was disappointed, and it's not a good look especially when companies team up with you to use your services. I think some of the employees need to be retrained. A person having to travel out of town for work purposes was not important to this location.I guess they don't care about losing business.Will not book at this location anymore.
