  Stopped by because I have been losing air in my front tire slowly for months. It recently started going a little faster. I was not there but 30 seconds before the manager came out and spotted the issue right away. Fast, friendly service and I feel much more confident about taking my car out of town now.

  I had a tire sensor alert on my2013 eqnox they checked my tires and the sensors were very prominent with the device and everyt One was extremely nice and professional they didn’t find anything wrong with my sensors except the computer had. Not been reprogrammed when the other place rotated my tires and they didn’t change me for the air an made sure all my tires were properly inflated then two days later after my car set in the garage for 2 days I went to the store and that same sensor came on again I called them and they had me return thinking maybe I had a bad sensor they checked it out and nothing was wrong with my sensor but I had some how picked up a screw in that tire the removed the screw and patched my tire they still would not allow me to pay them

  I bought four mavis mountaineer APT size 275/60/20R tires for my 3/4 ton truck in July of 2025. So now I went to have the tires rotated and was told I needed to balance the tires due to the tires were not properly balanced when I bought that was in march 16th and now I am back with one tire is defected and out of round . Brad Mccary states that it is not warranted for tire defects. And that I probably hit a pot hole and damaged the tire myself. I strongly recommend not to ever BUY tires for Mavis .They do not stand behind the TIRES they sale . Even HAS MAVIS wrote on the side wall!!!!! Brad even called the other store and told the Manager not to warranty the tire!!!! BRAD is such a swell guy to screw you over!!! So now after I drove home from waiting 1.45 minutes to have one tire replaced on the passenger side front. They replaced it with a different tread pattern!!!! I wished I had walked around n checked the tire before I had left. But the service Dillon was super nice n professional. He pulled my truck up to the front curb side service. So I felt that it was all good and I could finally leave ! Until I got home and checked the tire , and it doesn’t MATCH!!!!!!

  Don't take your vehicle here if you have aftermarket wheels. They can't change tires without scratching aftermarket wheels, according to their employees. Wish they would tell us these things before wasting a PTO at work to not get the service done. At least they told me they don't have the tools to accommodate aftermarket wheels before attempting to change them. Employees sew nice enough, but this is an unacceptable situation for a major tire service center.

  C’est le pire endroit que j’ai rencontré dans tout les voyages que nous avons fait le supposé chef mécanicien avait oublié de mettre des pièces. Nous avons passé 4 jours à cet endroit parce que l’ouvrage n’était pas bien fait, j’ai dû me fâcher et lui dire de remorquer mon vr à un autre garage pour faire faire l’ouvrage par un vrai mécanicien, à ce centre de mécanique il m’a montré l’ouvrage qui a été mal fait et à corriger le tout dans une avant midi. Il ont changé de pièce que je n’avais pas demandé a faire,mais quand tu n’es pas chez vous et en plus dans un autre pays tu es à la merci de supposé mécanicien d’expérience
