First visit was last year with my mothers vehicle needing tires replaced she lives out of state he was able to get her back on the road. - BBBradlyFeb 13, 20263.0Came in a while back for a check up on my car. I said there are new tires. It was bumpy. Came back and said I needed balance done to my tires and came back said it was done. I said OK and thanks. Then said my amount I had to pay. I was like you never ask me if I wanted the work done. I was never informed work was started. Then came back and said I had to pay for work I did not agree to no matter if I needed it or not. So I got charged for something I didn't ask for. Because i had a warranty at another place for free tires service. So I paid for free work. And now my car pulls a little that it didn't before. My alignment is off now a little. I've always had 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ stars here until thus time. This was 3 ☆☆☆ time. Now my alignment isn't like it was before. I'm not mad about it. It needed to be done. But, paying for free work that I had a warranty at another place to get it done for free sucks. Never inform me I needed it done or that it was done and I had to pay for work I didn't agree to..... maybe I can change the review back one day.
