I called the Corporate Headquarters, and I'm STILL waiting for someone to respond. Emailed the Regional Manager, and apparently he's out on vacation. So NO, Enterprise, you don't care about your customers. No, I don't want a break on a next rental because there will not be one. There are other companies out there. You don't corner the market on rental cars. You really want to "fix" it? Then put people in place who understand what Customer Service is. Hey thanks for the invalid link to get "help" Heather. That goes to a page that shows Error 404. NICE. You guys are a joke. Just an all around joke.
