- BBBFeb 3, 20261.0This has been by far one of the worst experiences our family has experienced doing business with anyone. They charged me a deposit and never refunded it. The first car I got was on empty. I filled it up with gas to only have to take it back the next day because both back tires would not stay inflated. The next car wasn’t much better. When I returned the car I was charged $71 for not filling it up. I tried to explain about having to fill up the first car and taking it back the next day. They stated they would refund me the deposit and for gas but have not. Brian is the manager who told me this. If I could give negative stars I would. Do not do business with Enterprise. Especially the one on HWY 80 in Brandon. Terrible customer service from get go. It’s like a scam. I don’t know how they stay in business. Just know, I warned you.
