- MMMr. MechanicJan 1, 20261.0They told me first they didn't even carry the loaner tool, these guys at most of these autozones dont have a clue about cars. They just have that "idk sir I just work here" kind of attitude. Had to explain to him yes they do have that tool there, and then when they brought it to me it was a broken set. Obviously they don't check to see if the tool is in the box much less in the same condition going in or out. Second autozone thats done this to me in a row. Makes it real inconvenient having to go from one store to the next just because they dont do their job.

Justin had to take the All the plastic trim that was in the way of my battery.off. It was a complicated task but Justin was up for the challenge. Justin was patient and thorough with his time and energy. He got the job done with a Godly smile on his face. I am so thankful God guided me to him. I don’t think any other store employee would have worked on such a complicated process. May God bless him and the entire auto zone family including Doris and Javan.. I am so thankful for this Angel Justin🙏🏽
