- MMMCHIMar 3, 20264.0Venus was awesome in the mobile service department. She was extremely helpful in having our issue assessed, submitting the claim and expediting the repair work. The parts person was helpful in looking up the part that was defective and she was extremely helpful. The gentleman that started to assist, then ignored us for a phone call and post call action needs to work better at customer service. Overall good experience.
