I specifically asked if it was refundable and even have texts from the salesperson saying my refund would be processed in 3 to 5 business days. It's been a month and I've had to file a dispute with my bank. Do NOT trust this place. Go to a reputable dealership like blue compass or camping world instead

- MMMargiFeb 13, 20265.0We have to been to several camping worlds throughout our travels but I just had to make a review about this one! We were heading back home to Gulf Shores, AL and our fuel pump went out on our truck pulling our 38ft Toy Hauler. Luckily we broke down near Camping World and got towed into their parking lot. My husband spoke to Randy, a sales manager, and explained our situation. We were able to get our truck fixed at Taylor's automotive (highly recommend) and by the 3rd morning, we are back on the road heading home. We can't thank Randy enough for being so understanding, compassionate, and humbling to our desperate need by letting us stay until the truck was fixed. We brought the staff 3 dozen hot glazed donuts at 8am, before we departed, to say thank you! Thank you for helping us and I hope we get the chance to visit this area again because the people here is what makes ALL the difference in the world! Thank you your kindness!
