- STShane ThrashFeb 6, 20261.0I purchased an alternator for a customer installed on the vehicle. The customer called me the next morning. Because the alternator was not charging, so I went and tested it. It was only putting out 12 volts. a alternator requires at least 13.7 volts. britney the manger refused to warranty the lifetime alternator because she thinks 12 volts is enough. It definitely is not. so I had to go to the store in long Beach. They agreed it was in fact bad. It's ridiculous to have someone who doesn't know what they are talking about refuses warranty when its deserved. I do my shopping elsewhere from now on
