  Worst Peterbilt Dealership on the planet. Shouldn't even be called a Dealership. They have zero parts. They sent me 250 miles out of route to a competing Kenworth Dealership just to get what I needed. Do not go here!

  Avoid at all costs or it will cost you more. First they triple MSRP on parts and then do horrible work that they don’t want to stand behind causing even worse failure 6 weeks later. Have yet to deal with anyone that cares especially members of management. My company has a fleet of 250+ trucks and not a single one will ever shadow their property ever again.

  I showed up with my fifth wheel jammed. The mechanic went above and beyond on this one. he figured out that it was the actuator and ordered the part. while taking the old partboff he managed to get the old one working and gave me the option to just keep it instead incase I wanted to save money, I opted to still go with the new one to know for sure but appreciated his honesty. they let me stay in the truck while parked in the gravel lot next door so I didn't need a hotel and when the part did show up they had it on in like 20 minutes. I also over heard another driver come in who told me another mechanic had "diagnosed and fixes his truck 6 times" this mechanic looked at it once and ran his diagnostics and digured out the issue was the ECM. i think that driver had originally been told it was sensor issues. Overall I give 5 stars for the shop because they were knowledgeable, honest, didn't try to run the price up unnecessarily, accommodating, and friendly.
