Could have made that clear prior to charging my son more money. Another person was in there complaining about the same thing. Bad business practices.

It is now 10:20am on Sunday August 24th and nobody is at the shop, I called their customer service and she was extremely unhelpful. I blew a tire and all I needed was 1 replaced i took it off my car myself and brought and can’t even get a simple answer about what’s going on. Don’t waste your time or money at this place.

They spoke to me as if I knew nothing about cars, dismissing my concerns and questions with patronizing remarks. The service was slow and communication was poor. I felt disrespected throughout the entire process. Avoid this shop if you want to be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism. One star is generous.
