- JCJustin CollinsOct 23, 20255.0Fast and friendly service! Took my Tacoma here for a wheel alignment after another local shop refused to perform the alignment. The staff were very professional and they got me in the same day. They were able to perform a successful alignment and correct the pull I was experiencing. Previous experience - previously took my Tacoma to another shop for an alignment and they were unable to get the pull out after aligning it four times. I installed a new lower control arm and asked the other shop if they could perform the alignment again since I changed parts and they refused. This led me to my experience today at Don's. Will most definitely be coming here for future needs.

The only reason I didn’t give a five star, and this in no way directed at one person and l know the auto repair industry is a very negative experience, but it was too clinical If it was a military base spot on. Like I said everything was very professional it just missed that happy go lucky vibe you want to feel when you spend your money. I hope they don’t take this wrong bc they were too notch on everything. Honestly I will give them a five and let’s just say an old man got to put his 2 cents in lol
