  This is a crazy busy place but they are very friendly and efficient. They try there best to get you moving but they are very nice the whole time. It was the easiest part of my day to pick up and drop off the car.

  Last Saturday rented a car while mine is in the shop. Wentzville location was very busy with only one associate running everything. He did a great job hurrying and helping everyone. However, my middle name was put as my first name on the paperwork and it took a while to get it fixed. When we got into the car, it was dirty inside and out but no biggie, at least they had something available. No visual inspection was done by employee and it had obviously been recently returned. The next day, I saw this hanging down. Someone duct taped something hanging down in the front. I’m really glad I didn’t need this to drive out of town as who knows what the damage is. Inspections should always be done to avoid this for the next customer.

  I rent here often fir work trips. No matter if I book a night before or month before I always get confirmed. Well when I show up they always say that they have no cars. But don’t worry there will be four people standing at the counter to tell you that.

  Rented a vehicle last week. And have utilized them prior. Staff is always courteous and responsive to any questions and needs which may arise. Definitely worth renting from this location.

  We had requested a 15 passenger van for a spring break family trip. Enterprise failed to ensure the van at the Wentzville location we requested to pick up at. Brian, however, went above and beyond. He reached out to me several days before we were scheduled to pick up to let me know there was a potential issue with getting a van to this location but that he was continuing to try to make arrangements. He reached out again the night before to let me know they would potentially be getting a van that night but he wouldn't know until close to closing. He called me back, after they had already closed to let me know that it didn't happen, but that he was able to locate a van at the St. Peter's location. He gave me the option to have it brought to Wentzville or he could update the rental for pick up at the St. Peter's location. We ended up picking it up there to avoid any more potential issues. Brian was very apologetic. I appreciated the clear communication and thoughtfulness of Brain. We picked up the van and had the most amazing vacation trip.
