- ARadam c renzOct 2, 20254.0I started using this shop more than a dozen years ago because it was on my way home from work. Of course the staff have turned over countless times since then. But the owner of the shop has managed to have apparently competent people every time I've gone there. That's not easy to do. At the same time the shop has adopted new technologies to make the job faster and less likely to cause harm - they now use a large suction device to pull your used oil out of the engine. So your oil change does not remove every last drop of the old oil, as when you pull the drain plug out of the oil pan. At the same time you don't have to wonder if the wrench down below is going to accidentally cross thread your drain plug or over torque it. The downside of the automation is that on my last visit in my Jeep Patriot I was told they couldn't perform a transmission fluid exchange because there was no transmission dipstick through which they could suction out the fluid. I don't know how many cars lack a transmission dipstick but in this case it meant a separate visit to a different shop. But again, no horror stories to tell even after more than a dozen visits.

Honestly, this was my best visit out of all the ones I’ve had - there was a slight wait due to other cars, nothing unusual, but once I was in the bay the teams efficiency was insane. They got me out so quick and did an amazing job.
