Some of their procedures feel like it's impossible to get your car out of their lot while they rack up the storage fees. I'm ashamed that the city of Wentzville has a contract with them. My mother was in a car wreck and the city had her car towed here. Almost a week of jumping through hoops to get no where. Stay far away as possible from this leech of a company.
