The girl on dispatch (Leah?) was very patient and helpful with getting the ball rolling on EVERYTHING. The tow truck driver was prompt and efficient, to say the least. He definitely made a very difficult job look easy. And the price for service (especially under the circumstances), was more than fair. Thanks for everything Budget Towing!

I tried to explain AAA towes the car to the shop and I needed someone to tow it back to my home. I was trying to explain the situation to the lady that answered at budget towing, she automatically wasn't trying to hear what I had to say tried saying I had an attitude and this and that, act like that she can be little me and treat me like crap because of the way I talk over the phone. I even said no, I'm not frustrated at anyone, I'm just trying to get my car back and she was a total you know what and I don't want to go through them ever again.I don't recommend them to anybody. They take their clientele for granted. They've been in Wentzville forever and they're in the Wentzville family, and if they don't like one person in your family, they don't like you. Thank you. Hope this help somebody.

Some of their procedures feel like it's impossible to get your car out of their lot while they rack up the storage fees. I'm ashamed that the city of Wentzville has a contract with them. My mother was in a car wreck and the city had her car towed here. Almost a week of jumping through hoops to get no where. Stay far away as possible from this leech of a company.
