- CJCarl JewettNov 13, 20255.0I recently bought a trailer from this location and it turns out there was a minor defect in the jack that was preventing the foot extender (I bought a couple days after buying the trailer) from properly going into the jack. The initial thinking was that the foot extender was the issue. So they swapped that out with another one, but the tech quickly determined that it was actually the jack. They grabbed a new jack and some tools and swapped that out for me and inserted the foot extender in just a few minutes. I was afraid they were going to tell me that they were going to have to jump through some hoops to get an authorization to provide me with a new jack, or that I would have to deal with the manufacturer, so I was very pleasantly surprised when they told me that they were happy to just fix it for me on the spot...no appointment, no waiting. They literally had me fixed and out of there in about 10 mins. So my trailer is ship shape again and the customer service was top notch. These guys are setting the standard for what customer service should be like. Great job guys and a big thanks to Shawn and Earl.
