  Service was great, and to no fault of the staff or management of the shop, it is incredibly inconvenient not to be able to pay over the phone or online for my bill. I live over an hour away and my car broke down, but I had to pay in person for the service provided in order for my car to be released to a towing company. Again, I want to stress that the service of the staff and management of this establishment receive 5 stars, but Dobbs chain company receives 3 stars, and I hope corporate management sees this to get the fix expedited.

  Fred and Bob were great ! I called told them exactly what I wanted done to my truck and to give me a price. They did, got me in same day in and out the door no other talk of anything else. It was great!

  Justin,Fred and, Bob are my favorite Dobbs is a little more expensive, but I only go there because they're straight shooters, and I know they're not going to lie to me and Dobbs auto center is very fast.thanks again.

  I got a flat tire and they were able to fix it right away and were even able to give me an oil change at the same time. Done in less than 2 hours.

  The wait for an agent as too long. Much of this was because it took a ridiculous amount of time on the computer. The software needs to be streamlined.
