  Outstanding experience with this company after a disastrous breakdown in unfamiliar territory during holiday travel. The girl on dispatch (Leah?) was very patient and helpful with getting the ball rolling on EVERYTHING. The tow truck driver was prompt and efficient, to say the least. He definitely made a very difficult job look easy. And the price for service (especially under the circumstances), was more than fair. Thanks for everything Budget Towing!

  I simply called to ask them if they could help me get my car towed back from the shop to my house. I tried to explain AAA towes the car to the shop and I needed someone to tow it back to my home. I was trying to explain the situation to the lady that answered at budget towing, she automatically wasn't trying to hear what I had to say tried saying I had an attitude and this and that, act like that she can be little me and treat me like crap because of the way I talk over the phone. I even said no, I'm not frustrated at anyone, I'm just trying to get my car back and she was a total you know what and I don't want to go through them ever again.I don't recommend them to anybody. They take their clientele for granted. They've been in Wentzville forever and they're in the Wentzville family, and if they don't like one person in your family, they don't like you. Thank you. Hope this help somebody.

  Was told over the phone that I need a release statement from the police department in order to get my vehicle moved which turned out to be not correct and resulted in higher fees as I was not arrested and impounded, no convenient payment option for the storage fee cash in person only but will accept card for towing

  Not friendly. Tried to tell me they dont accept insurance payment. Then went on to say I would have to be there when my insurance people came to get the car. I live an hour away and that just doesn't make sense. Needless to say insurance took care of everything and they just stressed us out for no reason. And the reason we needed towed was because my Daughter and I had just had an accident. We were ok but it's just the fact that there is already so much going on and then you have people like this making things harder. Only thing good they di was be quick to come get the car to collect their money.
