They didn’t have my oil there, but they graciously offered to go get from a different location. Even with the delay, the work was timely and efficient. They’re my valvoline now! Specifically like to thank yoshi for entertaining not only me but my daughter as well. And Jacob and Jacob for their hard work!

James and his team are fast and explained things very well to me, as I do not know much about car related things besides basics. James even drove down the street to get a new cabin air filter for me as the ones they had wouldn’t fit. Overall a stress-free experience.
- SGScott GApr 10, 20261.0Absolutely don't trust this store! I wanted 10w30 that they didnt have so they drained my oil and forgot to refill it. Complete amateur operation and dangerous to your car. Thankfully I went to another shop an hour away to get oil and discovered the screw up and my oil light failure. First thing the first store manager James did was deny it was a big deal and critisized my choice for 10w30! Its documented from the second shop or these guys would deny it and now my corrolla is smoking blue and stalling. I have pics, invoices and records from second shop thank goodness. Going to get an attorney as I tried to be reasonable but they cook my motor and only offered me an extended warrenty!! Found out this is not a local owned franchise, its owned by Big oil billions that wont protect or care if they screw up. Avoid!

They had the filter I needed (a different location was out of stock). The workers are friendly and not pushy, and they did the oil change in a reasonable amount of time. Will be returning to this location even though it’s a further drive. Thanks
