Was told that with my mileage they wouldn’t be responsible if something happened which would’ve been fine except for they were very negligent in their job. The next morning I called because my drive way was filled with transmission fluid to ask if maybe they didn’t tighten a bolt correctly and was met with nothing but ignorance and being told nothing they did was wrong. So I took it to Meineke where they found that my transmission lines weren’t retightened and they over-tightened a bolt crush a gasket seal. So I called back while at the other shop even had to mechanic explain to them what he found and was told they wouldn’t be moving forward with a claim. So I paid them $178 just to have to come out $800 to fix their mistake! Never again NOBODY ever take your car to valvoline for any service

Leaving on an 8 hour road trip tomorrow morning, and I can’t put air in either driver-side tires because your workers put the hubcaps in the wrong position, blocking the valve (which, I can see, they left the valve cover off, also). I can’t get the hubcaps off, so now I have to wait until you’re open in the morning to bring it to you to fix. This is delaying my leave-time by at least 1 hour. Thanks for that.
