The alignment was perfect and the tire was a very high quality tire. While I was there I watched them take care of other customers. They were amazing! If you need a good tire for a great price, go here! If google let us put twelves stars on a review I would for Dobbs.
- ARAnstes RobinsonNov 18, 20255.0Yesterday, I stopped by the Dobbs location on Laclede Station Road to get my serpentine belt replaced. The old one was 16 years old and had over 224,000 miles on it. It was beginning to show signs of wear and cracks on it. Steve, the retail sales manager and another sales person behind the counter were very courteous and professional in explaining to me all of the work necessary to be done to replace my old belt and put a new one on. After the work was completed, they went over the bill, and explained to me in detail all of the charges and warranties. The pricing was much more reasonable here in comparison to dealership prices. By the way, they also gave me the 10% discount which is good for the month of November. I was happy about that. Take care and keep up the good work! Happy holidays to all!
