  I couldn't be more pleased with my experience yesterday. R obert and Nick were prompt and professional. And having a shuttle home is a great benefit..I live alone...would recommend to all!

  I’ve been a Dobbs customer for around 10 years but have been coming to this location for about half that time and they’ve been fantastic. Nick and everyone here always go above and beyond to take great care of me. I highly recommend this location!

  I've been a customer for 20 years & this location is the best. Nick & his team are the best in customer service. I have never questioned anything they advise regarding my automobile. I'll be their customer as long as I can operate a vehicle 🚜!

  I've been coming to this location for over 25 years for both tires and repairs. They honor their "fix forever" warranties on covered items. On a few items they will only cover what the manufacturer time and mileage coverage is. Both the service writers and techs are first rate and explain what your car needs; not pushy. My last visits show how good they are. My 2014 Ford C-max hybrid had a "see manual - wrench" light come on and then disappeared from the display. I took car to Dobbs but there was no stored trouble codes found. However, the car was due for an oil change, new plugs, and trans fluid, coolant flushes. Everything was done that day at a reasonable price. A couple of days later the check engine light came on. The crew checked and found the new #3 spark plug was cracked *probably damaged in shipping). The manager, Nick, had all 4 plugs replaced. Outstanding! 👍 Several days later the mysterious "see manual-wrench symbol" warning light appeared. I did NOT clear it on my dash. I drove straight to the shop and left the car running so they could hook up a code scanner in real time. Nick had the car scanned and found that the high voltage battery cooling fan was failing intermittently. The next day, Dobbs contacted the Ford dealership they work with and was told that assembly was no longer available. Nick ordered a salvage part from a yard. When the used part came in, the fan motor was defective. Nick ordered the part from an out of state salvage yard. I found out that the cooling fan was able to be ordered as a separate part from the whole assembly. I ordered the genuine Ford part and had it overnighted to St Louis. Nick only charged me for labor to install the fan. Nick, the service writers, and the techs were all great and patient with this weird situation. Everything is fine now and I hope yo get another 155k miles on my C-max with the help of Steve, Robert, Nick, the other service writers and all the techs at the Laclede Station shop! 👍👍 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thanks! BTW, my daughter's family and my older granddaughter's family all patronize this location .
