    If you have a Suv dont go through here. We took are 2015 Chevy Tahoe through it yesterday. We.got out after the wash and there was still soap on the top of the vehicle. Non of the back was clean at all. There was dirt everywhere. It looked actually worse than it did before we went in. Not worth the money at all.

    BEWARE OF SCAM ARTISTS! Paid for a single month, but was signed up for a recurring subscription without any explanation or disclosure. I've been charged for 2 years of membership fees, and was never once given an account or way to see that I had been wrongfully signed up for a subscription. Evil way of doing business, the Better Business Bureau no longer backs this company for good reason. 24 mo x $45 dollars per month stolen from me and my family.

    When Zips first opened over 2 years ago we decided to try it out. They had a promotion of a months car washes for $10 so we thought what is there to lose. We only used it one time so it really didn't pay off. Then yesterday I was looking at my CC statement and saw a $45 charge from them. I had no idea why they had charged my credit card. I started looking and as it turns out they have been charging me that same $45 fee for over 2 years. Basically they have stolen more than $1000 dollars from me. So I went into the Webb City location to see what I could do to rectify the situation. The manager on duty was a real jerk. He told me that he couldn't help me and that I needed to call the corporate office. It was evident that I was not the first person that this had happened to. He acted like "here we go again". When I pressed him he told me that I had signed something way back then that gave them the right to charge me. When I asked him to show me where I signed, he took my phone number and said that he had 10 boxes of forms that he would have to search through and that he'd get back to me. What a joke! Then as I was pulling out of the parking lot, I realized that he hadn't even gotten my name to look for the document that I had supposedly signed. Then I looked up info about Zips online. Apparently they are known for screwing people over and the company filed for bankruptcy recently. Like I said, what a joke. Will I ever hear back or get my money back? I'm not holding my breath. I received a reply from the owner and we have filed a complaint with Zips via the given link. The only way that this can be resolved properly is for them to return the money that they have stolen from me. As I said before, I will be very surprised if they do the right thing based on the complaints that I have read about this company. I guess time will tell. Update: Zips sent us an email telling us that they had cancelled our membership per our request. We replied to them explaining that we not only wanted the membership cancelled but that we wanted the unauthorized charges refunded. I was very surprised when the responded and told us that they would be refunding us $540. That's only half of what they took from us but better than nothing and $540 more than I thought they would give us. So, at the end of the day, am I satisfied? Not really. I'm still out a lot of money because of their shady business practices but at least we got some of it back.

    Went through their car , wash yesterday , got to the vacuums and notice 2. 1 inch wide and 18 inch long spots were it tore paint off my door 2 perfect straight lines. They turned it into claims and saying they are not responsible and they have it on film. Do not use this car wash, they will damage your vehicle. And say it's not their fault or say your vehicle's twenty years old , so you're a paint's probably old like the manager of the web city location told me.
