- JHJessica HuxelApr 26, 20261.0I reserved a truck three months in advance for a road trip in which we were bringing back a piece of furniture and some other items. The day before we were to pick up the truck, I got a call that they may not have any trucks available and wanted to know if we really needed a truck. They also did not have any large SUVs or Minivans available which may have worked for us. They said they would still try to get us a truck. We got there to pick up our rental (they day we were leaving for our road trip), and they tried to give us a mid size SUV which would not work for our purposes. We ended up canceling the reservation and then scrambled to come up with a plan B so we could take our road trip. I was surprised that even though we reserved the truck way in advance, we still couldn't get anything close to what we reserved. Not sure I would use Enterprise next time we need a specific type of vehicle! Please beware!

Have spent thousands and thousands of dollars with them, and they always let us rent a car, my wife doesn't drive, they always add me as the driver, now its an issue after 3 years. Makes no sense. Hope this business goes under soon
