Not how you want the experience to be after someone hits your car. They really need to get it together. If youre always short staffed and have no cars, THEN HIRE MORE HELP AND GET MORE VEHICLES. Period! One star for this

And first thing he said was they had NO CARS TO RENT OUT while I was there saw 5 outher people being told rhe same thing, then took make it even worse the first guy we talk to offer us a car, we went out side line 5 min went back In and the outher guy working behind the counter gave it to some outher people what the he'll at least communicate when you are having issiues. I would .never refer this site to anyone - star if I could

The walk through was also incredible. If you call there you should definitely ask for Kevin. He's the man!
