I wanted to buy 10 packs of cigarettes, splitting the purchase into 5 transactions, as this saves me $1 on each transaction. That is, everything is honest and within the bounds of normal practice, which is done without problems in other places. The cashier refused to do this, stating that she could only process one transaction. No rules, explanations, or references to company policy were provided. When I pointed out that there was no such rule anywhere, I received an irritated and rude response. This looks like a personal decision of the cashier, not company policy. Complete lack of customer focus and normal service. A very unpleasant experience. Because of this attitude, I don't want to come back here.

- JNJacob NashDec 19, 20251.0Why have a pull up parking line in the fuel lanes if you won't allow a driver to park for literally less than 4 minutes to get a coffee refill? Treating drivers like children when you don't even understand how long your pumps take or where their fuel tanks are is maddening. Interrupting me as I put the fuel cap on the tank with an extremely snappy "are you done?" When I wasted no time fueling is just rude. Not my fault if your pump is slow. A polite tone goes a long way. So does a rude one, just in the wrong direction.
