- EHeric hillNov 5, 20251.0Call this parts store and as I always do very politely have one of the guys look up a part I need for a vehicle he found it and he said he had three of them in stock mind you I have a commercial account at O’Reillys and a commercial account at advance auto parts, but only a rewards count at Autozone I’m a very prominent buyer of car parts for working on cars for 15 years. I call this place because I needed something a little quicker that was close by and he found the part and said there were three in stock. I said awesome. Could you lay on the side for me under Eric my name And I’ll be there soon. He says no and I said really you can’t have it there ready for me to go so I don’t have to go through all the trouble looking the vehicle up and finding a part and wasting time you can’t just put it to the side for me until I get there. He goes no I can’t do that when you get here. I’m sure somebody can look it up and go back and find it for you I said are you serious right now I’ve never ever ever ever in my 15 years of calling parts stores. Have I ever been denied putting a part to the side under a name for somebody to come and pick up that’s literally parts store one01 Customer Service and this guy just repeatedly did not want to and refuse to do it. What a bunch of garbage service from the store I will never ever ever use this parts store ever again.

He was kind, patient, and genuinely friendly. My husband was with me, and since English is his second language, people in rural areas aren’t always the most understanding — but this gentleman was amazing. He treated us with respect and made the whole experience comfortable and easy. I really wish I had caught his name, but it was Thursday morning, 10/30, if that helps identify him — he absolutely deserves recognition for his kindness and professionalism. Thank you for reminding us that good people still exist in customer service! 🙌🚗
