However, the shop in Warrensburg is absolutely unprofessional, and they need to get their things together. They need to get more professional help in there. And experienced help as 2 times we have been turned away after making prior reservations to pick up a truck for him to go to work with This just today, we went up there to pick up a truck. They said they had and their response was, oh, we're sorry, we forgot to call you. We were too busy, but we don't have a truck for you. You're gonna have to go to sedali to pick one up. So management needs to do something revamp that their customer service is terrible. That professionalism does not exist and the warrensburg enterprise shop is the worst around
- JBJohn BrownJun 23, 20251.0Worst experience ever. Reserved this 2 weeks ago. 1 week of verification of our rental. Everything was on schedule. Tacoma or equivalent small truck. First of all, the agent called me the day of pickup and said, is not a Tacoma, it's a jeep Gladiator. Way different. I go in to get the truck and they inform me they i need a utility bill to verify my address. It wasn't coming up in the system. So I brought my insurance bill and proof of insurance with the address on both. Nope, that wasn't enough. I told them I might have my phone bill in the console if my truck. Nope, only a water, electric, or gas bill is accepted. This is the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen. My drivers license is a "real id". With my current address on it. That airlines accept to travel with in the US. Nope, can't accept that either. So I canceled my rental with Enterprise and will NEVER even think about using them again. Please read the reviews before renting with them.
