The employees there (Kirstin and James) went out of their way to get the correct vehicle for me and to work with the Ford dealership to get it paid for. They were flexible and friendly and made the experience super quick and easy for me.

However, the shop in Warrensburg is absolutely unprofessional, and they need to get their things together. They need to get more professional help in there. And experienced help as 2 times we have been turned away after making prior reservations to pick up a truck for him to go to work with This just today, we went up there to pick up a truck. They said they had and their response was, oh, we're sorry, we forgot to call you. We were too busy, but we don't have a truck for you. You're gonna have to go to sedali to pick one up. So management needs to do something revamp that their customer service is terrible. That professionalism does not exist and the warrensburg enterprise shop is the worst around
