- DDDemiNov 24, 20251.0Would NEVER visit this shop. Went in to get an alignment, explained that I had hit a curb and popped my tire and threw it out-of-line. I was told that they would look everything over. I sat in the lobby for about an hour and a half before I am quoted 2.8k for "repairs that are needed." No alignment was done at the time like I had requested in the appointment. I immediately declined any services to be done at this shop and informed them that I would take my car to the dealership where I had bought it. And got an immediate back pedal of these things don't need to be done. I took it to the dealership because many of the things that they were quoting for me had been replaced when I bought the car a few months ago. The dealership said that the only thing that they would agree with them is that I should replace the control arm. I asked and showed them the page I was given and they had told me that none of these other items needed replacing and to not visit that shop again.
